This is a 3 Hour Class.  Tuition fee for the class is $50.  All major credit cards are accepted.

Current chart subscribers may take the course as often as they wish at no charge and will be given seating priority. The class will provide a forum for:

1. Market checks - what are the most current numbers telling us?
2. Experienced agents to share their perspective on the market. 
3. Participation in a Class Exercise to see what the numbers reveal about the future RE Market.
4. An Introduction and explanation of some of the newest charts
5. Non Chart subscribers who pay the tuition fee will be on a "stand by basis" as space is available up until 1 week prior to the class date.  At that point their reservation will either be "confirmed" or their tuition fee refunded.  Limited space will be given on a "first come first served" basis.
